R³ University
R³U is a classroom learning environment where thousands of hours of training are conducted annually. Based in Santa Ana, it is a central location for most of our properties and staff. It gives us the opportunity to provide hands-on, distraction-free learning to our team in areas from leasing and screening to maintenance and financial management. We have a range of multiweek internal certification courses hosted at R³U.
EVENTS
Our Health & Wellness Expo is an annual event that provides a full day of free health screenings to all employees. We believe in nurturing our team members in all areas of their life. Our annual Tribute Awards is an incredible, black-tie celebration where we roll out the red carpet to celebrate the top performances of all team members in various categories.
