We have proudly renovated more than 15,000 apartment homes and consistently manage more than $30 million in projects annually. Our team of more than 110 expert professionals has created an efficient system that excels in high-volume renovations, consistently handling at least 30 kitchens a month. We manage and oversee the entire process with little impact to occupied communities and staff.
ECO-CONSCIOUS
LED and solar-powered light fixtures, low-flow toilets, drought-tolerant landscaping, dual-pane windows, and durable Sound Tec flooring are some of the many efforts we make to reduce our carbon footprint and conserve resources for future generations.
MADE IN AMERICA
The majority of our renovations feature high-quality, custom cabinetry made in our very own cabinet shop in Irvine, California.
ECONOMICAL
Our 47,000 -square-foot warehouse, cabinet shop, and office in Irvine gives us the space to house products, manufacture cabinets, and distribute fully assembled kitchens. Due to our high volume and years of experience, we have built great partnerships, resulting
in reduced pricing and excellent buying power. Our design team has selected consistent, modern finishes, which allow us to purchase in bulk and save money.
